Tūtū and Me goes on first in-person huakaʻi April 2, 2021

The Oʻahu Tūtū and Me Traveling Preschool keiki and their ʻohana went on their first in-person huakaʻi (field trip) to the Honolulu Zoo since the onset of Covid-19 restrictions last year! These keiki got to holoholo (walk) and see animals like giraffes, zebras, chimpanzees, insects, and more. We had over 100 ʻohana members join us— and it was so good to be able to laugh and air hug them all. We truly look forward to maintaining virtual, distance learning with in-person opportunities like these as long as we all continue to mālama pono and kōkua ourselves and each other.
