We are committed to serving the families and individuals in our communities who are most in need. Our Social Service programs target some of our most vulnerable populations, including foster children, adjudicated youth and their families, and the Micronesian community.
Hui Hoʻomalu recruits, trains, and assesses prospective Resource Families for children in foster care. There are approximately 1,200 children in Hawai‘i who are not able to live with their families, and nearly 50% of the children in foster care are Native Hawaiian.
Ke Kama Pono
The Ke Kama Pono program serves adjudicated young men between the ages of 12 and 17 on the island of Oʻahu.
