Partners In Development Foundation Lauded for Its Innovative Approach to Family Literacy for the Homeless April 14, 2010

San Antonio, TX – During its recent April conference held in this south-central Texas city, the National Center for Family Literacy (NCFL) praised Partners In Development Foundation (PIDF) for bringing family literacy programs to Hawai’i’s homeless communities.

Bonnie Lash Freeman, a Director of Special Projects for the NCFL wrote a glowing article for the conference participants, of PIDF’s commitment to this program. Singling out Project Manager Danny Goya and Terry Nakamura for not just being the only active male NCFL Certified Trainers in the nation, but the only Certified Trainers focusing their efforts on homeless families.
