Ka Hana No’eau Featured in Hawaiian Airlines In-Flight Video October 14, 2009
Ka Hana No‘eau is proud to have been selected for a mini-documentary Paniolo Tradition: The Hawaiian Cowboy by Hawaiian Airlines. Filmed by Scott Sorensen of Coco Palm Pictures, it will be shown to passengers aboard Hawaiian Airlines Hawai‘i-bound flights originating on the mainland.
These in-flight video presentations are meant to share with Hawai‘i visitors the diversity and richness of our island heritage and culture while still in route, thus adding to the excitement and anticipation of their arrival.
Mentor and Project Director David Fuertes is featured along with his haumana, or students of the Ka Hana No‘eau program. To be shown on flights during the months of October and November of this year, this is a wonderful tribute to the past, present, and future of our Kohala and our Hawai‘i Nei.
Partners in Development Foundation is grateful to Hawaiian Airlines for choosing one of our programs for in-flight presentation, and for selecting us as a Preferred Affiliate Partner.
