Hui Ho‘omalu Presents Devoted Supporters with Ka Baibala Hemolele January 6, 2013

Throughout the holiday season, our foster care program Hui Ho‘omalu gave copies of the newly published Ka Baibala Hemolele to devoted supporters of their program. Below is a picture of one of Hui Ho‘omalu’s Family Liaisons, Rick Kang, presenting the precious gift to Jerry Saludez, a staunch backer of Hui Ho‘omalu and of foster care in general on O‘ahu. Mr. Saludez is the pastor of Waipio Community Baptist Church. He welcomes us into his church to share the need with his congregation and he also offers his facilities for training, community meetings, and ‘Ohana conferences. It has been an honor to present this gift to our faith-based community partners as a token of our appreciation for their commitment to foster care.
