The UH Hilo’s Children Literature Conference is an event to celebrate and explore children’s literature in Hawaiʻi. There will be a variety of speakers and discussions talking about children’s literature from different perspectives, including Pua Aquino, Hawaiian Cultural Specialist at PIDF. The panel Pua will be speaking on will be sharing our experiences with children’s literature in Hawaiʻi and the role ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi has in it.
